Fluency ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it when you use the Fluency mobile application (the "App").

1. Data we collect A) Account and identity information

• Account identifiers received from Apple/Google sign-in.
• User profile information you provide or that is derived from your sign-in process (for example, a display name and related data, where available).

B) Learning and progress data

• Your learning progress, such as your usage history, completed lessons, and progress statistics.
• This data is stored on our servers and linked to your account.

C) Email If you sign in using Apple/Google and an email address is provided by the authentication provider, we may receive and store it to support account functionality.

D) Analytics and app usage (with consent) We may collect app usage and analytics events (e.g., screen views, user interactions, and performance/diagnostic events) to improve the App. Analytics are collected only after you opt in using the in-app consent dialog, and you can decline or change your preference.

E) Security-related information We may log technical errors and diagnostic information to debug and maintain the service.

• provide and maintain core App functionality;
• store and display your learning progress and related features;
• improve the App based on analytics (only when you opt in);
